近日,河南省農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院/神農(nóng)種業(yè)實(shí)驗(yàn)室張新友院士團(tuán)隊(duì)突破花生遺傳轉(zhuǎn)化技術(shù)瓶頸,利用CRISPR/Cas9單堿基編輯技術(shù)率先實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)花生基因的單堿基替換,創(chuàng)制出抗苯磺隆除草劑的花生新種質(zhì),這也是國(guó)際上首次關(guān)于利用該技術(shù)創(chuàng)制花生新種質(zhì)的報(bào)道,為花生種質(zhì)資源精準(zhǔn)創(chuàng)新提供了新的途徑。該項(xiàng)研究成果以“Creation of herbicide-resistance in allotetraploid peanut using CRISPR/Cas9-meditated cytosine..
